Cancellation Policies & Financial Information
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time are charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.
Missed Appointments:
Missed appointments (no-shows) or repeated late cancellations are charged the full session fee.
Exceptions:
Fees may be waived at the RMT’s discretion in cases of sudden illness or if the appointment time is rebooked.
Payment & Card Storage:
A credit card is not required to book an appointment. Card details may be securely stored through Square and used for late cancellation fees or contactless payment.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments are not covered by extended health insurance and are the client’s responsibility. ICBC and WorkSafeBC appointments are not direct-billed; full payment is required at the time of service, with receipts provided for reimbursement.
